In October we will be holding a preview of the FORMAT International Photography festival in our Front Room gallery. It will be a three-man show of the Troika Editions Exposure Winners. Over the next three days, in no particular order, we will feature on the winners on this blog. Today we are showing an image from Kurt Tong's 22 Steps to the Sea.

The images are also a wake up call to planners, engineers and architects who should reflect on the juxtaposition of these man-made objects with the natural nature of the coastline.
The loss of the project due to suspicion of Tong's motives is sadly indicative of the loss of one of the better spirits of America.
