Now in its third year, the Unseen Photography Fair mixes commerce with exhibitions and events. Its energy and support for photography is brilliant but the jury may still be out as to whether or not the fair is a financial success for participating galleries. Anecdotal evidence from last year would suggest the visitors are not going to shop, but simply browse.
One returning gallery is Flowers who will be showing one of our favourite emerging artists, Tom Lovelace and we wish him the best of luck.
Elsewhere in Amsterdam, Foam have a big show of JH Engström's self reverential work from Sweden and Paris, worth popping in to see.
And while you are there take a peek at the Paul Huf Award winner Daniel Gordon's show Shadows, Patterns, Pears.
And over at Huis Marseille they have delved into their impressive collection built up over the last fifteen years to show work by five artists based on the idea of creative progression, including London based Sarah Jones.
