Welcome to Troika Editions: supporting art photography

Troika Editions attended the London Art Fair with artists Bill Jackson and Aliki Braine

Aliki Braine was selected to take part in the Photo50 exhibition curated by Sue Steward under the title "New Alchemists" with work from her recent exhibition "Wilful Damage".

Troika Editions showcased Bill Jackson's "Cabinet of Curiosities" as part of the Art Projects section of the London Art Fair. Selected by curator Pryle Behrman, Art Projects is one of the most exciting sections of the annual fair providing a platform for contemporary art.

Bill's installation broguth together his series "Relics", "Imaginary People" and "Head", first shown in the Autumn of 2011 in the Front Room Gallery. Continuing his interest in the lost, abandoned and forgotten Bill launched his new work, "Zootorium" created especially for the London Art Fair exhibition and will be made available on Troika Editions shortly.

Both Bill and Aliki drew attention from the media in their coverage of the London Art Fair.

We have posted up the reviews and slide shows in our In The Media section where you can find all the articles including Eliza Williams' review of Photo 50 in Creative Review and Francis Hodgson's survey of photography at the London Art Fair for the Financial Times.

The likeness between Seth Johnson and Van Gogh is uncanny, but what is most noticeable in this remake of Van Gogh's "Self Portrait 1889" is the intensity of the gaze of the artist[s] and how Seth has managed to match Van Gogh's haunted eyes.
