A set of six books, "Par Hazard" is a documentation of Ingrid Newton's journeys based on the London A-Z. Each journal records a single day in which Ingrid decided where to go and what to photograph on the throw of the dice and guided by a set of rules.

Book five, subtitled "Parole" combines the number five on the dice, a word from a newspaper headline and tube stations as Ingrid's guides through the labyrinth of London's landscape.

On the train into London to start her A-Z journey, Ingrid saw the word parole in a newspaper headline. Made up of five letters she used each letter to find five tube stations to visit, Putney Bridge, Archway, Rayners Lane, Osterley, Limehouse and Elephant and Castle and so began a journey of happenstance across the north, south, east and west of London.
